Generator stator and armature cleaned and reinsulated( Meg tested ) OK .Unit had remote electric fan not removed with unit . Can supply Caterpillar 4 core 399 radiator with unit .New voltage regulator . Needs 2301 woodward control board .Removed side covers performed rod and main bearing inspection OK! Cylinder liners still have crosshatches and look good . Borescope cylinders on top end pistons show no signs of cracking and appear in good shape .We have a tremendous amount of exsperiance with these units . Will have no problem reaching the 12,000 hour recomendation for top end overhaul (Re[placement of cylinder heads ] .DEpending on application Can perform this work to suite your needs[ Top end overhaul additional$18,000.00] Major overhaul due at about 24,000 Hours . We have some that go to 40,000 Hours with proper maintanaince and running with about half load . |
